30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every item sold on Takara is verified for authenticity. If you receive a counterfeit item, we will provide a full refund including return shipping costs, no questions asked.

Item Not As Described

If the item you receive differs significantly from the listing description or condition notes, contact us within 30 days. We'll arrange a return and issue a full refund once the item is received.

Return Process

1. Email hello@takara-market.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging (if possible).
4. Refund is processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged by the buyer after delivery
• Sealed items that have been opened (unless defective or not as described)

Return Shipping

For returns due to buyer's remorse, the buyer covers return shipping. For items not as described or authenticity issues, Takara covers all return shipping costs.
